I've been where you are now, needing a lawyer but not knowing any - or none that I wanted to hire. In 1981, I found myself living in Atlanta, out of a job, with little money and needing a lawyer for help. Back then; a lawyer couldn't talk to like I am doing now. More by luck than anything else, I did find a good attorney. But, I had to pay him a chunk of my small savings to take a look at my case.
